Kevin Costner is a California native who attended college at Cal State Fullerton. He appeared in some small community theatre projects, before he started acting full time.

Kevin Costner made his screen debut in, Night Shift, before getting his big break in, Silverado. This catipulted Costner into stardom with films like, The Untouchables, Bull Durham, and The Bodyguard.

Kevin Costner has picked up many awards over the years including Academy Awards for Best Picture and Best Director, for Dances With Wolves. He has also produced some notable films like Message in a Bottle and Thirteen Days.
